Live: Bangladesh bowl first, three pacers in playing XI
For Bangladesh, Litton Das has returned to the squad after missing the recent matches due to fever. Experienced batter Mushfiqur Rahim isn’t in the squad due to injury and Shahadat Hossain Dipu replaces him. Mehidy Hasan Miraz will lead the side in the absence of regular captain Najmul Hossain Shanto, who is also ruled out due to injury.

Bangladesh have won the toss and elected to bowl first against West Indies in the first match of the two-match Test series on Friday (November 22) at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound.
Bangladesh have gone for a three-man pace attack- Taskin Ahmed, Shoriful Islam, Hasan Mahmud. While West Indies select four pacers in their squad- Alzarri Joseph, Shamar Joseph, Kemar Roach, Jayden Seales.
West Indies will be coming into the series on the back of the Test series defeat to South Africa. They faced a disappointing 0-1 series loss at home, having drawn the first game of the series.
On the other hand, Bangladesh have been enduring a tough period in Test cricket. They faced a 2-0 series loss against India and 2-0 whitewash to the Proteas at home.
