Pakistan thrashed Zimbabwe by 99 runs to clinch the ODI series by 2-1. Kamran Ghulam's sensational 103 and Abdullah Shafique's 50 helped Pakistan get 303 on the board. In reply, an all-round bowling performance restricted Zimbabwe to 204 runs.

Opting to bat first, Abdullah Shafique and Saim Ayub had a superb start, stitching a 58-run stand before Faraz Akram removed Ayub for 31 off 37 balls. Shafique, however, brought up a fifty and he immediately departed to Sikandar Raza.
Kamran Ghulam then took the onus on his shoulders and started charging the Zimbabwean bowlers, smashing his way through his maiden ODI hundred in just three ODI innings.
There were some crucial cameos from Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Agha and Tayyab Tahir which helped Pakistan pile up a massive 303 on the board.
In reply, Zimbabwe lost two quick wickets to part timer Saim Ayub's off spin. Skipper Craig Ervine and Sean Williams tried to get them going as the former one brought up a fighting fifty but regular breakthroughs from Pakistani bowlers eluded them from doing so.
Zimbabwe's lower order did well to drag the game down to the wire but it was Pakistan's game and they defended the total having a superb 99-run victory.
