Virat Kohli's wife Anushka Sharma stole the spotlight after RCB defeated DC by 47 runs at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The Bollywood actress was spotted in the gallery during the RCB vs DC game.

It was a must-win game for RCB and Faf du Plessis and Co. capitalized on the chances to better effect. In the end, RCB came out on top in the battle to keep their playoffs hopes alive.

Batting first, RCB posted a challenging total of 187/9 in their quota of 20 overs. Rajat Patidar top-scored with 52 off 32 deliveries, laced with 3 fours and as many sixes.

On the contrary, the Delhi-based franchise failed to chase down the target as they were bowled out for 140 runs. Cameron Green was adjudged the Man of the Match for his all-round performance.

The Australian scored an unbeaten 32 off 24 including 1 four and 2 sixes at a strike rate of 133.33. Besides that, he has been quite economical with the ball, registering 1/19 in his quota of 4 overs at an economy of 4.80.

Cameron Green who received the Man of the Match award at the post-match presentation, said, "Great game for our team. This year there has been so many high scores and there is little bit something there for the bowler and our bowlers were brilliant from the start."

Furthermore, he stated, "We identified that pace on is easy to play, Khaleel bowled a lot of off-cutters which were gripping and tough to target and we tried the same in our bowling. This is such a small ground and there is something in there for the bowlers which is good to see."
