Playing 29 T20 matches, he picked up 35 wickets at an average of only 19.2 with an economy rate of just 7.63. After a sensational T20 World Cup for Bangladesh he has become a vital force in Bangladesh's T20I bowling lineup.
He joins fellow spinners Nikhil Chaudhary, Paddy Dooley and Peter Hatzoglou in the Hurricanes.
While England batting star Alex Hales has been unselected. He played for Sydney Thunder in previous stint but now is unselected as the Sydney Thunder's salary cap would have been a factor, with plenty spent on fellow batters David Warner, Ollie Davies, Sam Billings and Cam Bancroft.
