Renowned pacer Hasan Ali also impresses in the current edition of English County Cricket, showing off his batting skills by scoring a quick half-century shot.
Pakistani fast bowler Hasan Ali, who currently plays for Warwickshire, has shown his all-round ability by hitting a fast half-century in county cricket against Essex at Edgbaston.
After knocking Essex out by 126 points on day one, Warwickshire struggled 172-9 in the first innings before Ali joined forces with Oliver Hannon-Dalby and made a crucial 70-run streak in the last wicket.
The 28-year-old smashed the ball into the stands, adding to his half-century from just 33 balls. This was his sixth 50 in first-class cricket.
Hasan Ali went unbeaten on 53 of 37 balls, including four fours and four sixes, helping the team to 242 before the last-wicket partnership finally ended.
That was not the end of his phenomenal performance, however, as he also played a crucial role in the second inning, taking the wicket from Alastair Cook in the third session of the day.
