Anderson has not played any professional Cricket since his final goodbye to Test Cricket against the West Indies in July at the Lord's. And now he's working as the consultant coach.

English bowling great James Anderson wants to play the Hundred this summer and he has registered his name for the next week's draft.
Anderson has not played any professional Cricket since his final goodbye to Test Cricket against the West Indies in July at the Lord's. And now he's working as the consultant coach.
But in the meantime, he he signed a one-year deal with Lancashire for 2025 season and now he's eyeing for his first Hundred appearance.
Anderson played his last white-ball game six years ago, while he played his last T20 game a decade ago.
"Watching the Hundred this year, seeing the ball swing around, it makes me feel like I could do a job there" - James Anderson.
Anderson will turn 43 just before the Hundred, which starts on August 5, and would become the tournament's second-oldest player after Imran Tahir, if he plays this year.
More than 300 overseas players have registered for this year's draft and will be competing for 10 spots across the men's Hundred teams. Among the 100 names, big stars like Glenn Maxwell, David Warner, Josh Inglis, Nathan Ellis have registered their names. While New Zealand's players are expected to be available for the majority portion of the Hundred 2025, with Lockie Ferguson, Matt Henry, Daryl Mitchell and Rachin Ravindra all registered for the draft.
