England have revealed their XI for the third and final Test against New Zealand. Ben Stokes has confirmed that Matthew Potts will replace Chris Woakes in the XI.
England have already taken the series as they've a chance to cleansweep the Blackcaps.
Ollie Pope keeps his place as the wicketkeeper as another wicketkeeper batter Ollie Robinson has to wait another series to make his Test debut.
England's XI for the third Test: Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Jacob Bethell, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ollie Pope (Wicketkeeper), Ben Stokes (Captain), Gus Atkinson, Matthew Potts, Brydon Carse, Shoaib Bashir.
England have clinched the series on the back of Harry Brook's sensational hundreds in the both Tests, with pacers stepping up in crucial times have helped the visitors get the series with one game to go.
However, New Zealand skipper Tom Latham has failed to reveal his XI for the final Test. But the skipper suggesting that Will Young to return to the XI inplace of struggling Devon Conway.
Latham wasn’t sure about Tim Southee on whether he would get another chance for a high finish of his career.
I'm sure he's wanting to perform as well as he can and to try do his role as best he can, whatever that may be," Latham said.
“I'm sure he'll be thankful for whatever it may be, if he gets that opportunity. I'm sure he's excited about what the next five days are going to bring, if he gets that opportunity.”
