Paarl Royals have retained their captain David Miller, Lungi Ngidi and Andile Phehlukwayo ahead of South Africa20 2025. While they've traded in Dayyaan Galiem from Johannesburg Super Kings for Tabraiz Shamsi.

David MillerSensational pacer Kwena Maphaka and Lhuan-dre Pretorius are the rookie signings from the SA20 2024 edition. Dane Vilas, Evan Jones, Wihan Lubbe and Ferisco Adams have been released and the Paarl Royals have only 11 players in their squad ahead of the auction for SA20 2025.

The Royals made it to the Qualifiers in the last edition but suffered five straight losing including the eliminator match against the Johannesburg Super Kings knocked them out of the tournament.
