The tour comprises of one four-day match, five unofficial ODIs and two T20 matches.
This will be the third bilateral series between these two A teams in four years. Ireland A toured Bangladesh for one unofficial Test and five-match one-dayers, losing both by 0-1 and 0-3 in 2017.
Bangladesh A team's return tour to Ireland the next year was competitive as the five-match unofficial series was drawn 2-2 and the T20s went to Bangladesh by 2-1.
This will be Bangladesh A team's first assignment since the pandemic. The series will commence on February 26 with the only unofficial Test at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. The ground will host the first three unofficial ODIs.
The final two unofficial ODIs and two-match T20 series will be held at Mirpur.
Ireland A will arrive on February 18. They will have to stay under three-day quarantine before starting practice sessions.
