On June 6, at the Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados, during Australia's match against Oman in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, he achieved this milestone. Zampa took 2 wickets in the match conceding 24 runs in 4 overs.

Zampa became the second Aussie cricketer after Andrew Tye to reach the 300-wicket milestone. He achieved the feat of 300 wickets as the 27th cricketer overall. Zampa's average of under 23 and economy of 7.5 have allowed him to join the 300-wicket club. In his T20 career, Zampa has claimed three five-wicket hauls and one four-wicket haul.
