The USA won the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh by 2-1. They fell to Bangladesh in the series' last encounter after playing excellent cricket in the previous two. Overall, the coach and captain are pleased with the team's preparation and performance.

For the first time in history, the United States, the world's largest economy, will host an ICC event. The 20-team T20 World Cup will take place in the West Indies and the United States. They were properly prepared for the big competition. After winning the series against Canada 4-0, they defeated Bangladesh 2-1.

USA head coach Stuart Law said at the press conference at the end of the series, "We had more desire and passion about the game in the first two matches. We wanted it a bit more than what they did. Today it was a different story. We may have relaxed a little bit. Bangladesh played pretty well. They will take this in their stride. It is great preparation. Playing games is so much better than hitting balls in the nets. Anything can happen in one-off games. That's what the World Cup is like. No one goes in as ultimate favorites."

According to Law, “I thought our batting was our strong point. I saw it differently to you, mate, but I don't do all the analytics either. I just watch cricket. I thought our batting was pretty good in the first two games.”

Bangladesh and USA will meet again in the warm-up match before the T20 World Cup. USA will start their main campaign against Canada on June 2.
