Taskin believes that when the pitch offers assistance, Bangladesh’s pacers now have the ability to consistently take wickets. He pointed out the changing trend in their fast-bowling success, especially on helpful tracks.
“It’s tough for the pacers, especially in such hot conditions. But when there’s movement in the pitch and you bowl in good areas, opportunities are created,” Taskin explained.
He further added, “We’ve shown that when the conditions are in our favor, our fast bowlers can take wickets. This is a big improvement. We’re growing as a unit, though there’s still room for progress.”
Taskin’s comments reflect a broader sense of pride and optimism regarding Bangladesh’s fast-bowling capabilities, showcasing that they are now ready to perform on more pace-friendly surfaces worldwide.
