Even at 55 Jonty Rhodes proved why he is regarded as one of the greatest fielders of all time. The South Africa Masters star produced a stunning full-stretch diving save during Match 11 of the International Masters League (IML) 2025 against Australia Masters at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara on March 7.

Australia Masters piled up a mammoth 260/1 in 20 overs, thanks to an unbeaten 122 from Shane Watson and a blistering 85 from Callum Ferguson. However amidst this carnage Rhodes delivered a moment of brilliance that left fans and commentators awestruck.

In the 19th over, Watson struck a powerful straight drive that looked destined for a boundary.

Rhodes positioned at long-off sprinted across the field and launched into a full-stretch dive intercepting the ball just inches from the rope.

The crowd erupted while stunned commentators heaped praise on the South African legend for his agility and commitment.
