India pacer Harshit Rana delivered an excellent performance in the pink-ball practice game against Australia Prime Minister’s XI at the Manuka Oval in Canberra on Sunday, December 1. Rana's fiery four-wicket haul helped India bowl out the PM XI for 240 runs in the rain-affected match, which was reduced to 46 overs per side on Day 2.

After India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bowl first, Harshit Rana made an immediate impact with the ball, picking up four wickets in six balls across two overs, causing a stunning collapse for the hosts.

The Prime Minister’s XI, who were cruising at 131 for 2, collapsed to 133 for 6 after Harshit Rana’s blistering spell in the 23rd and 25th overs. His first breakthrough came when he dismissed Jack Clayton for 40 with a stunning delivery that shattered his stumps. On the very next ball, he sent Oliver Davies packing for a two-ball duck.
