Towhid's brilliant throw, despite Mustafizur's exceptional spell Dambulla see defeat

Mustafizur Rahman had brilliant outing with the ball but despite Mustafizur's excellent bowling Dambulla Sixers lost to Jaffna Kings. This is Dambulla's second straight defeat of this season of Lankan Premier League (LPL).
Being asked to bat first, Dambulla lost early wicket but captain Kusal Perera and Nuwanidu Fernando hold the key with their pivotal partnership. The duo had a tremendous 108 run stand where Kusal Perera teared the Jaffna bowlers apart. Perera scored a swashbuckling hundred of 102 off just 52 deliveries, including 5 sixes and 10 boundaries.
At the backend of the innings, Mark Chapman played a breezy knock of 33 from 23 deliveries to help Dambulla post 191 on the board.
In reply, Pathum Nissanka gave Jaffna Kings a flying start, scoring 27 off 18 deliveries. And then they had a little blow as Mustafizur Rahman removed the other opener and bowled an economical spell.
Avishka Fernando came in at number 4 and hammered a 80 off only 34 deliveries, the innings was orchestrated with 6 massive sixes and 7 gorgeous boundaries. This outrageous knock helped Jaffna Kings beat Dambulla Sixers by 4 wickets.
Mustafizur Rahman had a tremendous spell this time around, giving away only 30 runs he took two crucial wickets in the crucial juncture of the innings. However other bowlers lavish bowling saw Jaffna Kings chase down the total at ease.
