Shakib Al Hasan sued over murder case
Shakib's name has been mentioned as the mastermind behind the death of a garment worker. This case has been filed against Shakib at Adabar police station of Dhaka Metropolitan Police as the 28th number convict.

Bangladesh Cricket team's poster boy Shakib Al Hasan has been sued over murder case. Shakib's name has been mentioned as the mastermind behind the death of a garment worker. This case has been filed against Shakib at Adabar police station of Dhaka Metropolitan Police as the 28th number convict.

The case' 28 number accused details went as,
Name : Shakib Al Hasan, former parliament member, Father : Mashroor Reza, Address : Shamg - Saha para, Post Office : Magura. Also former BCB president and sports minister : Nazmul Hasan Papon, Barrister Sumon, actor : Ferdaus Ahmed all have been accused in this murder case.
The main accused was the former Bangladesh prime minister Sheikh Hasina and along with Awami League's general secretary Obaidul Quader, 156 more names have been accused in this case.
On the August 5, Abadabar's Ringroad had a Protest march and the deceased Rubel was in that march. He was attacked by fire-arm and he died on August 7 battling for his life at a hospital in Dhaka. Rubel's father Rafiqul Islam filed the murder case.
Shakib Al Hasan was an Awami League's Parliament Member (MP) from Magura - 1. But after the government's ouster, Shakib also got backlashes from his fans due to his silence throughout the July massacre and the brutal crackdown by Awami League regime. When Sheikh Hasina fled the country to India, other MP's too fled, while Shakib already was away from home playing in the Canada Global T20 League. Currently Shakib is playing the two-match Test series in Pakistan at Rawalpindi.
