Pakistan have depicted an epic comeback in the Rawalpindi. Saud Shakeel's valiant 134 and Sajid Khan's not out 48 run blitz gave Pakistan a crucial 77-run lead. Noman Ali and Sajid Khan then rattled the England's top three inside only 23 runs to help Pakistan finish on top after day 2.

England were kept chipping away with wickets. Especially the spinners, Rehan Ahmed and Shoaib Bashir. Mohammad Rizwan's steady start of 25 runs was cut short by Rehan and then he trapped Agha Salman for LBW. Aamer Jamal was knocked over by Rehan and Pakistan were crumbling for 177-7.

They were 90 runs behind and had only 3 wickets in their hands. And then Saud Shakeel partnered up with Noman Ali, the duo ate up the trail and added 88-run stand on 8th wicket before Noman Ali's fall to Shoaib Bashir on 45.

Sajid Khan then started hitting ins and outs with Saud Shakeel notched up his hundred all the way. Sajid Khan blasted 48* off 48 and Saud Shakeel made 134 to help Pakistan have a handy lead of 77 runs.

In reply, Pakistan came with vigour as they sliced the entire England's top three. Ben Duckett was caught in the crease, Zak Crawley was undone by a slider and Pope looked clueless infront of Sajid and Noman and Pakistan were reduced to 24-3 with trailing Pakistan by 53 runs.
