Australian captain Pat Cummins is all set to play at the second season of Major League Cricket for San Francisco Unicorns.

Pat Cummins will feature Major League Cricket for San Francisco Unicorns. 
According to Cricbuzz, Cummins will replace his own countryman Aaron Finch as the captain of the franchise. Cummins' credentials as captain are at the high sky as he led Australian team to their glory of World Test Championship, 6th Cricket World Cup title in India, Ashes retain and also steered SRH to the final of IPL 2024.

Several Aussie players are already part of the USA based T20 Cricket Leagie, MLC. Which sees - Travis Head, Glenn Maxwell, Spencer Johnson, Steve Smith, and Jake Fraser Mcgurk. A few more, like Aussie T20I captain Mitchell Marsh, are expected to join them soon. Former captain Ricky Ponting will also join Washington Freedom as head coach. Few days back, Bangladesh's veteran all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan also joined MLC for Los Angeles Knight Riders.

The second season of MLC will begin just five days after the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 in the USA and the Caribbeans.

The San Francisco Unicorns will outset their campaign against Los Angeles Knight Riders on Saturday, July 8.
