The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a special initiative for students, offering free entry to the second Test match between Bangladesh and Pakistan at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from August 30 to September 3. This decision is aimed at encouraging young fans to experience live international cricket.

To take advantage of this offer, students must be dressed in their school uniforms and carry their valid educational institution ID cards. They will have access to the VIP enclosures, including the Imran Khan and Javed Miandad stands (subject to availability), as well as the premium enclosures such as Miran Bakhsh, Shoaib Akhtar, Sohail Tanvir, and Yasir Arafat.

However, this free entry policy does not extend to the PCB Gallery or Platinum Box, where regular ticket prices apply. The decision to offer free entry aligns with the PCB's previous announcement of free access to fans during the fourth and fifth days of the first Test, which also took place at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Bangladesh currently leads the two-match Test series 1-0 after a historic 10-wicket victory over Pakistan in the first Test. The second Test is a crucial fixture as part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-25.

In addition to free entry for students, fans can purchase tickets for the match online or from physical ticket booths at designated locations. Ticket prices for premium enclosures start at PKR 200, while VIP enclosures are priced at PKR 500 on weekdays and PKR 600 on weekends. Gallery passes, including lunch and tea, are available for PKR 2,800, and the Platinum Box is priced at PKR 12,500. For larger groups, a full hospitality box can be reserved for PKR 200,000.

A free shuttle bus service will be provided on match days, operating on two routes for easy access to the stadium. This service continues from the first Test, offering convenience to spectators traveling to and from the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The PCB's initiative reflects its commitment to making cricket more accessible and ensuring that the thrilling action on the field is enjoyed by students and families alike.
