Pakistan avoid whitewash winning last T20I against New Zealand

In the last match of the five-match T20I series, Pakistan have finally won against New Zealand. Batting first, Pakistan collected 134 runs. Then they bowled out New Zealand for just 92 runs. As a result, Pakistan won by 42 runs.

Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman made a partnership of 35 runs off 19 balls for the third wicket. Fakhar's cameo innings ended with Southee taking the wicket. Fakhar got out after scoring 33 runs off 16 balls. Then Mohammad Nawaz left quickly. Sodhi dismissed him too. Iftikhar Ahmed also quickly returned to dressing room after being victimized by Lockie Ferguson.
Then Shahibzada Farhan scored 19 runs off 14 balls. He was also dismissed by Ferguson after hitting a four and a six. Abbas Afridi scored 14 runs off 6 balls. He hit two sixes in this unbeaten innings.
As a result, Pakistan collected 134 runs for 8 wickets. Southee, Sodhi, Ferguson, and Matt Henry took two wickets each for New Zealand.

New Zealand's middle order and lower order collapsed like a house of cards. After losing the fifth wicket for 64 runs, the hosts were all out for 92 runs. Only four batters reached double figures for New Zealand.
Pakistan won the match by 42 runs when New Zealand were bowled out for 92 runs. However, before that, the visitors lost the series after losing the first four matches of the series.
