Legendary Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh recently made a startling revelation regarding his long-standing relationship with former India captain MS Dhoni. Despite their shared success, including triumphs at the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup, and several IPL titles with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Harbhajan disclosed that he hasn’t spoken to Dhoni in over a decade.

During an interview with News18, Harbhajan addressed the growing distance between the two, making it clear that they no longer share the camaraderie they once had. He acknowledged that while they communicated during their time together at CSK, their interactions were limited to the field.

"No, I don't speak to Dhoni. I don't have anything against him. If he has something to say, he can tell me. But if he did, he would have told me by now," Harbhajan stated, indicating the lack of personal communication between the two.

Harbhajan went on to explain, "When I was playing at CSK, that's when we spoke; but otherwise, we haven't spoken. It's been 10 years and more. I have no reason; perhaps he does, and I don't know what the reasons are. When we were playing in the IPL at CSK, we used to talk, but only on the ground. Outside of that, there was no interaction."

He also mentioned that he no longer reaches out to Dhoni, adding, "I only ring up those who pick up my calls. A relationship is always about give and take. If I respect you, I hope you will respect me back. But if I call you once or twice and don't get a response, I will probably only meet you as much as I need to."

The revelation comes as a surprise to many fans who admired the duo's on-field partnership. While their professional relationship was successful, it appears their personal connection has not stood the test of time.
