Making the most of his opportunity in the playing XI, Mosaddek not only led his side to victory but also delivered a fitting response to Shakib’s onslaught.

In the 21st match of the inaugural Lanka T10 League, Galle Marvels and Hambantota Bangla Tigers locked horns in a high-octane clash. Batting first, Galle managed a modest 82/6 in their 10 overs, with Shakib Al Hasan single-handedly anchoring the innings.

Facing just 19 balls, Shakib smashed 43 runs with a blistering strike rate of 226.32. His innings included 4 boundaries and 3 sixes, showcasing his typical flamboyance. Notably, no other batter from Galle reached double digits apart from Alex Hales, who scored 14 runs off 11 balls.

Mosaddek Hossain’s day on the field began with a challenging over against his compatriot, Shakib.
