Zimbabwean opener Kevin Kasuza has been struck on the helmet for the second time in two Tests and was taken out of the field in a stretcher, ruling him out of the remainder of the second and final Test against Sri Lanka in Harare. kevin-kasuza-suffered-second-concussion-in-two-tests

Later scans showed a mild concussion. He is under monitoring by medical staff. Timycen Maruma is named as Kasuza's replacement. In the third morning of the second Test, Kasuza who was fielding at short leg when a pull shot from Kusal Mendis hit in his head. He fall down in the field; he was rushed to the hospital immediately. This was the exact similar second occasion in the series that Kasuza suffered a head blow. In the first Test of the series, he was struck in the head by a Kusal Mendis' shot while fielding in the same position. He eventually ruled him out of the match with Brian Mudzinganyama replacing as concussion substitute.
