By next week, all of foreign coaches will land in Bangladesh. Fielding coach Richard Halsall and trainer Mario Villavarayan will return on August 6. Simon Helmot will join High Performance (HP) Unit just after thr end of CPL. National team's head coach Chandika Hathurusingha will come soon. But assisant coach Ruwan Kalpage is not ready to come. All other foreign coaches are happy at Bangladesh Cricket Board's security plan on them. Yesterday BCB President Nazmul Hassan Papon said, "Our foreign coaches will come by 8-10 days or 15 days. After their arrival, we have some challenges as well. Because we have to make them satisfied." As per an unnamed member of BCB, Ruwan Kalpage will not have the benefit of 'force majeure' which means a person can earn salaries despite no being in action of it. A BCB member said about Kalpage, "Kalpage's asking is strange. He wants to come after the situations get cooler. Again, he will take moneys even not working! While the other foreign coaches are happy at our security plan, we won't accept Kalpage's askings. Our lawyers are taking actions.
