Hamilton Masakadza has finally call it a day in International cricket and he played his last ever match for Zimbabwe on what he calls his second home - Bangladesh. The experienced batsman has a lot of sweet memories in Bangladesh and he knows many people closely in Bangladesh as he played in their domestic cricket.
However, one thing that stands out the most for Maskadaza is to be able to play with Mashrafe Mortaza and he sees him as an inspiration for everyone.
"I've met a lot of amazing people while playing in Bangladesh's domestic cricket. But I think one of the things that stand out the most is playing with Mashrafe. A lot of people don't even know his story. A lot of people doesn't even know what he has been through."
Masakadza also revealed that he told Mashrafe to write a book about his life experience.
"I remember talking to him and saying he needs to write a book because his life experience was such an inspiration. I think he is really one guy people don't know what he has given to Bangladesh and Bangladesh cricket as a whole. So I think it was really a blessing to be able to spend time with him," he concluded.
