West Indies Women's have beaten Bangladesh Women's by 8 wickets on Saturday (January 25). Karishma Ramharack picked up four wickets as disciplined bowling wrapped up Bangladesh's innings for a paltry 118 runs. In reply, Qiana Joseph and others stepped up to help the hosts get a very easy win to clinch the series.

Opting to bat first, Bangladesh Women’s lost Murshida Khatun earlier on. Sharmin Akhter and Fergana Haque stitched a gutsy 62-run stand before Afy Fletcher removed the latter one. Hayley Matthews removed Sharmin Akhter on 37 as Bangladesh fell in further trouble. And that opened the gate for the hosts as Karishma Ramharack came in and teared apart Bangladesh middle order. Sobhana Mostery stood up and made 25 before Ramharack wrapped up Bangladesh's middle order cleanly.

Bangladesh were all-out for a paltry 118 runs. Karishma Ramharack picked up four wickets, while Zaida James had two wickets to her name as West Indies had a clinical show with the ball.

In reply, captain Hayley Matthews and Qiana Joseph started off to a flier, adding 45 runs inside 12 overs before Matthews departed to Nahida Akter. Qiana Joseph too fell soon after, scoring 39 off 66 balls. Deandra Dottin then came with all the guns blazing, smashing a quick-fire cameo of 33* off just 19 deliveries helping his side get a thrashing 8 wicket victory.
