Haryana's pacer Anshul Kamboj has become the only third bowler in the history of Ranji Trophy to pick up all the ten wickets on an innings. He reached this feat during the match against Kerala in Ranji Trophy 2024/25 round five match in Rohtak on Friday (November 15).

Anshul Kamboj ran riot through the Kerala batting lineup and bowled them all out for 291 runs. He is the only third bowler to achieve this landmark. The other two were Premangshu Chatterjee of Bengal (10/20) and Pradeep Sundaram (10/78) of Rajasthan to bag 10 wickets in an innings in Ranji Cricket. 

Overall, Kamboj is just the sixth Indian to claim a 10-wicket haul in an innings in First Class cricket. Anil Kumble, Subhash Gupte and Debashish Mohanty are the others in the list.

Kamboj was only two wickets away from scripting the history. The 23-year-old Kamboj resumed the play on the third day with eight wickets already to his name. He then picked up the wickets of Basil Thampi and Shoun Roger to achieve the remarkable feat.

Anshul Kamboj represented India in U-19 World Cup and also he's the part of Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, playing three matches for the Indians and he has bagged 2 wickets to his name.
