Reflecting on his experience, Tanzim shared in a video released by the Bangladesh Cricket Board, "Yes, the Global Super League was my first foreign franchise league. I really enjoyed it there. The teammates were very cooperative, and it was a different experience. However, playing cricket is the same everywhere. Good balls are good balls no matter where you play. I just tried to maintain and bowl well. Alhamdulillah, though we couldn't achieve the desired results, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I came here after a minor injury, but I don’t feel like it at all. I’m feeling great, Alhamdulillah. My body and mentality are in a good place."
As Bangladesh prepares for its ODI series against the West Indies, starting December 8, Tanjim's international experience in the Global Super League will be an asset for the team.
