Bangladesh lost the toss and batted 43 overs on a rainy day. However, when the 9th wicket fell in 43rd overs, everyone left the field. Then it was known that Shorna was sick and not in the field.
A source of Bangladesh women's team said that Shorna was wearing pads while preparing to bat, suddenly the pain of appendicitis increased. So she was taken directly from the field to the hospital.
Shorna batted at No.5 or No.6 in the T20I series against India. However, she did not bat in his ODI debut today. Bangladesh scored 152 runs for 9 wickets with 1 over in hand. India were set a target of 154 runs by the Duckworth-Lewis method.
