Salman Irshad Khan (Urdu: سلمان ارشاد خان) (born December 3, 1995 in Rawalakot, Azad Kashmir), known as Salman Irshad, is a Pakistani cricketer who plays for Northern Cricket Team and Peshawar Zalmi.

Domestic Career
Debut
Irshad made his debut for the AJK Jaguars against the Lahore Region Blues in the National T20 Cup. He bowled on numbers of 0/22 and folded for a golden duck when his side lost by 82 runs.
PSL career
PSL 2018
Irshad was discovered during a talent scout run by Lahore Qalandars in Azad Kashmir. He was praised by former Pakistani bowler Shoaib Akhtar for his ability to consistently throw deliveries at over 140mph and Akhtar also said he believes Irshad can break the 100mph mark and he offered to help Irshad to train yourself. He also received praise from Aaqib Javed, with Javed further saying that Irshad had the potential to represent Pakistan at the highest level. He was the first Kashmiri to play in PSL. In PSL 2018, Irshad played his first game in PSL for Lahore Qalandars on 2 March 2018 against Islamabad United. Lahore Qalandars bowled first and Irshad was selected to bowl the 8th over. He faced Islamabad United captain Misbah-ul-Haq, who is considered one of Pakistan's top batsmen. He bowled his first delivery and ul-haq lined it and got out. Then, with 7 runs required to win, Irshad hit a six with his first ball, equalizing the score, but then folded, resulting in PSL's first super over. He finished with counts of 1/19 from 2 overs and made a score of 6. Although his side would lose the match in the super over, Irshad became famous for knocking out Misbah ul Haq in Irshad's first PSL delivery. His team then faced Peshawar Zalmi and he scored 1 and received figures of 0/23 from 2 overs as Lahore Qalandars was knocked down by 10 wickets. His final match of the tournament was against Islamabad United where he recorded a score of 1 and counts of 0/18 in 1 over as Islamabad won by 6 wickets.
PSL 2020
Irshad was chosen to replace Haris Rauf in the Lahore Qalandars squad after Rauf sustained an injury during a match against Islamabad United. Irshad played his first match in PSL 2020 for Lahore Qalandars against Peshawar Zalmi, he scored 0/33 in 2 overs and achieved a score of 2* when Lahore Qalandars lost by 16 runs. His next match was against Quetta Gladiators and he got numbers of 4/30 which are his best bowling numbers in T20s. He didn't stand a chance to bat as Lahore won Qalandars by 37 runs. This was Irshad's first win in PSL with Lahore Qalandars. The next game was against Islamabad United, Irshad had no chance to bat and he got figures of 1/43 from 4 overs as his side lost by 71 runs. His next match was against Quetta Gladiators where he scored numbers of 1/9 and didn't bat as Lahore defeated Qalandar's Quetta by 8 wickets. The next match he played was against Karachi Kings and he got numbers of 1/28 and didn't bat when Lahore Qalandars won by 8 wickets.
PSL 2022
Irshad was selected by Peshawar Zalmi as a Silver Pick in the 2022 PSL draft.
2018 Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy
Irshad was selected in the Lahore Qalandars squad competing in the 2018 Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy but he did not play in any match as Lahore Qalandars won the inaugural edition of the Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy.
Quaid-e-Azam and Pakistan Cup Trophy
He made his first-class debut for Northern against Sindh at the 2019–20 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy on October 11, 2019. Northern was first for batting. Irshad folded for 5(14) while Northern went all out for 408. In Sindh's first innings, Irshad was getting numbers of 1/91 when Sindh went all out for 326. In Northern's second innings, Irshad didn't get a chance to bat as he declared team and ended their innings at 262/4d. In Sindh's second innings, Irshad hit numbers of 1/50 and Sindh went all out with 199, well below her target of 345. Northern easily won the match by 145 runs.
In January 2021, he was called up to Northern's squad for the 2020–21 Pakistan Cup. He made his List A debut on January 8, 2021 for Northern in the 2020–21 Pakistan Cup.
Kashmir Premier League
Irshad was selected by Mirpur Royals for the first edition of the KPL in the Gold category. He made his debut against Rawalakot Hawks on 6 August 2021. His team lost to Rawalakot Hawks in Eliminator 2, but he finished the tournament as the top wicket-taker with 16 wickets. He also won the Best Kashmiri Player award.
