Kiwi selector Sam Wells said, "It'll be great to have Neil's skill and experience on the tour of Bangladesh. His record speaks for itself, and we all know what a great competitor he is. He's played plenty of cricket in the sub-continent, and I know he's really excited by the challenge ahead."
The first Test of the two-match Test series between Bangladesh and New Zealand will begin on November 28 in Sylhet. The second Test of the series will begin on December 6 in Mirpur. Both the matches belong to the ICC Test Championship.
