Durbar Rajshahi, the new franchise in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), has announced the signing of Pakistan’s dynamic cricketer Mohammad Haris. The news was confirmed via a post on the team’s official Facebook page.

Haris, known for his explosive batting and quick adaptability, has represented Pakistan in 9 T20 internationals, scoring 127 runs at an average of 14. Beyond international cricket, Haris has played in various T20 leagues, including stints with Sylhet Strikers and Chattogram Challengers in the BPL. He has also been part of teams like the Guyana Amazon Warriors, B-Love Kandy, Kandy Falcons, Surrey Jaguars, Peshawar Zalmi, and Karachi Kings, showcasing his versatility and experience.

Durbar Rajshahi has assembled a balanced squad, blending seasoned national players with emerging talent. Among the notable names are Anamul Haque Bijoy, Taskin Ahmed, and Yasir Ali. Talented youngsters like Sabbir Hossain and Jishan Alam add depth to the team.

After a long hiatus, Rajshahi makes a much-anticipated return to the BPL. The team will kick off its campaign against defending champions Fortune Barishal in the opening match of the tournament on December 30.
