Bangladesh have won the toss and elected to bowl first against USA in the third and last T20I of the three-match series on Saturday (May 25) in Prairie View.
Bangladesh have made two changes to the team. They have dropped Jaker Ali and Shoriful Islam to bring in Litton Das and Hasan Mahmud. On the other hand, USA make four changes. Noshtush Kenjige, Milind Kumar, Nisarg Patel, Shayan Jahangir come in for Steven Taylor, Monank Patel, Ali Khan and Harmeet Singh.
USA created history as they won the series already. They beat Bangladesh by 5 wickets in the first T20I and won by 6 runs in the second T20I.
After the series against USA, the Tigers will face USA again in a World Cup warm-up match. Additionally, in their second and final warm-up match of the World Cup, they will face India. Bangladesh will not face either the USA or India in the group stage of the World Cup.
In this year's T20 World Cup, featuring 20 teams, Bangladesh are in 'Group D.' Group D includes Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Netherlands, and Nepal. Bangladesh will start their T20I World Cup campaign with a match against Sri Lanka on June 8 in USA. There will be another match in USA for Bangladesh, against Bangladesh, on June 10. The other two matches against Netherlands and Nepal will be in West Indies.
