Bangladesh’s U19 World Cup triumph in 2020 remains a monumental achievement. However, in the subsequent editions, the team couldn’t replicate their success or even reach the finals. But after defeating India in the 2023 U19 Asia Cup final, a renewed sense of belief and confidence is driving the team toward another shot at World Cup glory.

Speaking about the road ahead, U19 captain Azizul Hakim Tamim shared his optimism: "There’s another Asia Cup and a World Cup coming up, and we hope to perform well there too. Everything is going well. Winning the Asia Cup gives us a lot of confidence."
