Batting first, Bangladesh Under-16 team scored 204 runs losing all wickets in their first innings. Redowan Hossain and Naim Ahmed batted through their respective half centuries. Redowan made highest 84 runs while Naim added 54.
For Pakistan Under-16 team, Ali Asfand claimed 2 wickets conceding 31 runs. Alian Mahmud also took 2 wickets giving away 53 runs.
In reply, Pakistan Under-16 were restricted to 117 runs in their first innings leaving 87-runs lead to Bangladesh. Ibrar Afzal Khan was the highest run-getter for the hosts.
For Bangladesh, Ahmed Sharif grabbed 4 wickets conceding only 24 runs. Meanwhile, giving away 19 runs, Amir grabbed 3 wickets and Mohammad Mushfiq Hasan took 2 wickets for 33 runs.
