Alaina’s love for her father is also unfeigned. This time, she shows such an exceptional love for her father. In one of his paintings for the school, the little Alaina portrays her cricketer father Shakib. The 32-year-old all-rounder, who has been banned from cricket for two years (one year suspended), has been impelled by his daughter's love for his father.
Shakib wrote on a post by uploading the picture of her painting in social media Facebook, "I am so touched by my baby girl she made this painting for me at school, and wrote this story for me!!”
The name of the story is 'My Daddy', painted on white art paper in red and blue ink. In a separate piece of paper along with the painting, Alaina wrote to her father, “I am swimming in water. I’m having fun. But I felt scared when I got into the deep water. My daddy helped me. I love him. I felt happy.”
