There is another incident of Bangladeshi batter being dismissed on the first ball of the innings in the World Cup. Bangladesh opener Hannan Sarkar was dismissed in the first ball match against Sri Lanka in 2003 World Cup. Only Bangladesh batters made the feat of being dismissed twice in the history of the World Cup.
