The whole unit is not clicking at the moment: Finch on RCB's dismal performance
Though he acknowledged that his side failed to build on Virat's solid batting performance, Finch praised the star batter nonetheless. With 113 runs off of 72 balls at a strike rate of 156.94, Kohli earned his eighth IPL hundred in the encounter against RR.

Former Australia captain Aaron Finch made the observation that the whole RCB unit hasn't worked well this season, even if Virat Kohli is doing well. At Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium on April 6, Bengaluru fell to Rajasthan by 4 wickets. The franchise's dismal performance continued as they were soundly beaten by Rajasthan, dropping their third consecutive loss of the season.
"The bowling has been an issue for RCB for the last 10 years at least. You get to this point of the season that if things aren’t well for RCB, you’re always questioning the bowling. The whole unit is not clicking at the moment,” Finch said.
Though he acknowledged that his side failed to build on Virat's solid batting performance, Finch praised the star batter nonetheless. With 113 runs off of 72 balls at a strike rate of 156.94, Kohli earned his eighth IPL hundred in the encounter against RR. “Obviously, Virat’s flying, he played beautifully again tonight. They’re striking at 120 for the rest of the group when you’ve got such a fantastic platform, which makes it really difficult to get in the game. And then the ball's flying around the park,” Finch added.
“They started off brilliantly. Reece Topley was outstanding with the new ball. But like Faf said in his post-game, Mayank Dagar with the sixth over probably just let the momentum slip all the way into Rajasthan's change rooms and they couldn't contain it after that,” Finch told Star Sports.
