There is no domestic cricket at the moment in England. Sabbir Rahman has no place in the national team either. So this hard hitter batter moved to England to play club cricket. There he showed devastating batting for Aveley Cricket Club. Sabbir was unbeaten scoring 200 runs off just 101 balls in the first division match of the National Cricket League. His team won the match by 143 runs.
Sabbir's team Aveley Cricket Club captain Mohammad Tipu won the toss and decided to bat first. After losing 4 wickets in the scheduled 40 overs, the team's collection stood at 348 runs. And most of it was Sabbir's contribution. Skipper Tipu was dismissed for a duck and Ashiqur Ziad returned after scoring 19 runs and Sabbir came to the crease as the team's fourth batter.

Besides Rakibul Hasan was unbeaten on 32 runs. Opponent Supernova Sports Cricket Club had no clue while playing with the goal of victory. They failed to handle the pressure and were bowled out for just 205 runs in 30.2 overs. Muzzammel Salman scored the highest 41 runs for the team. Apart from this, Mohammad Hasan scored 40 runs and Ishaq Shawn scored 34 runs.
After his rampage with the bat, Sabbir was brilliant with the ball as well. Each bowler could bowl a maximum of 8 overs in a 40-over match. Sabbir completed that quota by conceding 52 runs and took two wickets of Supernovas. Besides, captain Tipu took four wickets.
