Paceman Gus Atkinson and leg-spinner Rehan Ahmed have replaced Matthew Potts and Brydon Carse in the XI. Rehan Ahmed will lineup with other two spinners, Shoaib Bashir and Jack Leach. And they'll have two pace options with only Gus Atkinson and captain Ben Stokes.
"We know it's probably not going to swing and seam and do all sorts in the first session, so we look at the pitch and work out what the best team is going to be," England batter Harry Brook told BBC Sport.
Rehan Ahmed made his international debut in Pakistan two years ago, at 18 becoming the youngest man to play Test cricket for England. Rehan's 5-48 in the third Test in Karachi made him the third-youngest man to take a fifer on a Test debut.
"He's (Rehan Ahmed) an outstanding cricketer," added Brook. "It's not just his bowling, but his batting and fielding. He's a young lad so he has a lot of time to come.
England's XI for the third Test against Pakistan:
1. Zak Crawley, 2. Ben Duckett, 3. Ollie Pope, 4. Joe Root, 5. Harry Brook, 6. Ben Stokes (Captain), 7. Jamie Smith (Wicketkeeper), 8. Gus Atkinson, 9. Rehan Ahmed, 10. Shoaib Bashir, 11. Jack Leach.
Pakistan have levelled the series 1-1 on a reused pitch in Multan as the spin duo Noman Ali and Sajid Khan sharing all the 20 wickets.
