Darren Lehmann to undergo heart bypass surgery

He was taken to the hospital on the Gold Coast on the morning of his 50th birthday when he suddenly fall ill while watching his son Jake captain a Cricket Australia XI at Metricon Stadium.
"I would like to thank everyone in the Australian cricket family for their concern," Lehmann said.
"I am receiving the best of medical care and am confident I'll be back on my feet soon."
He had previously hospitalized with deep vein thrombosis and later returned to coaching last March with the Big Bash League's Brisbane Heat.
He coached Australia national team during the ever controversial ball-tampering scandal in
in 2018.
