1. Mohammad Haris (Durbar Rajshahi)

Though he entered BPL 2025 with a stellar reputation, Pakistani batsman Mohammad Haris failed miserably for Durbar Rajshahi. He was unable to create an impression since he was inconsistent and had trouble scoring large.

2. Jishan Alam - Opener (Durbar Rajshahi)

Jishan Alam, another Durbar Rajshahi opener, was under pressure to live up to expectations but fell short. His lack of consistency in getting games off to good beginnings compounded Rajshahi's problems throughout the competition.

3. Najmul Hossain Shanto (Fortune Barishal)

Najmul Hossain Shanto, a pivotal member of Fortune Barishal, had an unremarkable campaign. He got a few chances, but he couldn't make them count and was eventually benched.

4. Alex Ross (Khulna Tigers)
