This famous coach has won four titles for Comilla. Along with that, Comilla's team has a lot of star cricketers. What makes Comilla different from other BPL teams is their team composition. In response to the question whether this is the reason behind Comilla's success in reaching the BPL final for the fifth time, captain Litton Das gave a positive answer. He also asked why Salahuddin Sir is the best to him.

After defeating Rangpur Riders in the qualifier match, Litton said in a press conference, “I think Rangpur is as close as Comilla. They are also going with the same coaching staff, almost the same players for a long time. I think (Salahuddin) Sir has some rules, Sir gives one player a chance for many days. It should be normal. You can't judge a player in one season. Everyone plays domestic cricket too. I think this is good. The biggest thing is that we are all very friendly. If a new boy comes from our management he will never understand that we sit and chat with so many seniors. Everyone is very free, Sir is very free-minded. If you give a player the freedom to play, have fun. They try to give their best. Salahuddin sir is the best in this aspect.”
