Virat Kohli added another massive milestone to his decorated T20 career by becoming the first Indian national cricket team batter to complete 13,000 runs in the format. The landmark was achieved during Match 20 of IPL 2025 between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Stadium on April 7 (Monday).

Kohli, who needed just 17 runs heading into the clash, reached the landmark with a trademark cover drive boundary off Trent Boult in the third over of the RCB innings. He got there in style a boundary that not only took him past 13,000 runs but also marked his 100th four in T20 cricket.
