Despite leading Bangladesh to the top four in the ICC ODI Super League, Tamim missed the World Cup due to internal conflicts and has not played an international match since.

Joining them at the dinner were Mohammad Nabi and Afridi’s son-in-law, Shaheen Shah Afridi.
