Surrey make history chasing 501 runs in County Championship Division One
It is the joint-sixth highest run chase in first-class cricket, 501. And the highest 536, won by West Zone against South Zone in the final of India's Duleep Trophy in 2010. Surrey's previous highest chase of 410 was in 2002, against Kent at the same ground.
