The 18th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will start on March 22, 2025, with a big event at Kolkata's famous Eden Gardens.  This year's opening ceremony is expected to be a spectacular mix of cricket and entertainment, with shows by Bollywood stars and well-known singers.
