Josh Inglis named Australia's captain for third ODI and the T20I series against Pakistan
The Australian incumbent Test players will not feature in the third ODI as their focus will be shifted for the upcoming high-octane Border-Gavaskar series, commences from November 22 in Perth.

Josh Inglis has been named as the Australia's captain for the T20I series against Pakistan and also he'll captain Australia in third ODI. Inglis will take over the leadership from Pat Cummins in the ODI's.

The Australian incumbent Test players will not feature in the third ODI as their focus will be shifted for the upcoming high-octane Border-Gavaskar series, commences from November 22 in Perth.
Skipper Pat Cummins, along with Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith, will miss the final ODI against Pakistan at Perth Stadium to finalise their Test program.
Pace bowlers Spencer Johnson and Xavier Bartlett have been added to the ODI squad as well as wicketkeeper Josh Phillipe while another quick, Lance Morris, became part of the squad for the series opener in Melbourne in place of Josh Hazlewood, who was in Sheffield Shield duty. However, Josh Hazlewood is back in the action for the second ODI in Adelaide.
Josh Inglis will become Australia's 30th one-day captain, as well as 14th T20I captain.
"Josh is an integral member of the ODI and T20I teams and a highly respected player on and off the field," national selection panel chair George Bailey said in announcing the changes today.
"He has led Australia A previously and will bring strong tactical nous and a positive approach to the role.
"Josh will receive great support from the likes of Matt Short and Adam Zampa, along with senior players including Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis."
