Jason Holder names two IPL teams he wants to be part of in IPL 2024

The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is just around the corner and with the auction of the tournament just around the corner, fans are waiting to see which players will switch teams and represent new franchises.
Star all-rounder and former West Indies captain Jason Holder downplayed burnout fears and backed planning for the next season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) ahead of next year's T20 World Cup. The ideal platform for cricketers to showcase their skills in the the shortest format of the game and provide a strong argument for selection for the showpiece tournament. In an exclusive conversation on Thursday, Holder said that it would be beneficial to get more game time and get into top shape before the 2024 T20 World Cup.
Speaking of the same, Jason Holder also came forward and revealed the two teams he would like to play for in IPL 2024. Holder said he would be interested in representing Sunrisers Hyderabad or Chennai Super Kings ahead of the new season.

It is worth noting that Holder has represented both Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. Played for CSK in 2013 and transferred to SRH before 2015 season. Furthermore, he most recently represented Rajasthan Royals where he picked up four wickets in eight matches. The Royals picked him up for INR 5.75 crore and it could be interesting to see which franchise the star all-rounder represents in IPL 2024.
Speaking about his performance in the Abu Dhabi T20 League where he represents Samp Army, Holder said it went pretty well and added that he was happy to hit a few sixes in the tournament.
The Caribbean said he hoped he could win the league for the Samp Army.
“I've done pretty well so far. I bowled really well and was able to hit a few overhead boundaries too. So, things have been going well for me so far. I'm really happy with how things turned out for me here. I hope so." "We win the competition for the Samp Army," said the Caribbean.
On West Indies' preparation for the upcoming T20 World Cup, he said the series against England and Australia would be very important for the Caribbean as it would be their last opportunity to come together as a group before the important ICC tournament.
Holder said franchise tournaments will also help the team gain momentum ahead of the T20 World Cup.
