The Bangladesh team is tired and devastated by the consecutive defeats. At the end of the match, pacer Shoriful Islam also expresses that they are trying. Still, the result is not coming. Speaking to the media in the mixed zone after the match, Shoriful said, “What can I say, I tried (but) they played very good shots. Times are going bad but I never thought I'd be happy if the World Cup ended. I'm trying to figure out how to make a comeback. Maybe our luck is going bad on the field... (can't do anything good).”
Besides, Shoriful talked about pace bowling coach Allan Donald, “He (Donald) always motivates us. He says that whenever one comes to the spell one should try to give his best, stick to the basic plan.”
Bangladesh's next match will be against Sri Lanka on November 6.
